We advise booking well in advance for stays during the busy holiday periods.
PLEASE NOTE:
A booking is a legal contract - if you find that you need to cancel your reservation, we may have to charge 75% of the value of your booking to cover our losses if we are unable to re-let your room.
Your deposit would be deducted from the 75% owing. To cover any unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance.
Costs are usually minimal and will ensure peace of mind. We charge a £40 deposit per room, payable at time of booking and only accept cheques or cash, we do not have the facilities for credit cards.
We are a non smoking establishment and do not accept pets. Our environment is not suitable for children as we only let double rooms.
